Questions & Answers

Everything couples usually ask before booking. Don’t see yours? Send a note and I’ll happily answer.

How far in advance should we book?
Most couples book 9–12 months ahead. Fall dates and golden-hour weekends go first, so if you have a date in mind, reach out early — even just to check availability.
Do you travel for weddings?
Absolutely. I’m based in Denver and shoot throughout Colorado’s mountains and gardens, but I happily travel anywhere. Travel beyond a 60-mile radius is quoted simply at cost — no inflated fees.
What is your photography style?
Light, editorial, and natural-light driven. I use the light that’s already there and gently guide you rather than rigidly posing. The edit is warm and timeless — designed to still feel right decades from now.
How many photos will we receive?
It depends on coverage, but a full wedding day typically delivers 600+ hand-edited images, an engagement session 75+, and a portrait session 50+. Every image is individually edited — no filler.
When will we get our gallery?
You’ll receive a sneak peek of 15–20 images within 48 hours, and your complete gallery within 6 weeks. Galleries arrive as a private, downloadable online gallery with full print rights.
Do you offer a second photographer?
Yes — a second photographer is available as an add-on for weddings and is recommended for larger guest counts or when getting-ready locations are far apart. Just mention it when you inquire.
What do we need to do to reserve our date?
A signed agreement and a 25% retainer reserve your date. The retainer is non-refundable but transferable to a new date when possible. The remaining balance is due two weeks before your wedding.
Do we get the rights to print our photos?
Yes. Every collection includes a personal print release so you can print, share, and make albums freely. I also offer fine-art prints and heirloom albums if you’d like me to handle it.
